L'initiative - Description
Launched at the end of 2011, L’Initiative is a facility implemented by the public agency Expertise France and complementary to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. It provides technical assistance and catalytic financial support to Global Fund recipient countries in order to improve the effectiveness of its grants and strengthen the health impact of funded programs. In this way, it helps to ensure an effective response to pandemics and health systems.
