The purpose of this consultation is the creation of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS), aiming to establish contracts for expertise missions within the framework of L’Initiative at Expertise France.

This dynamic purchasing system allows the constitution of a network of experts named “L’Initiative HIV, Tuberculosis, Malaria et medical systems – Expertise France, expertise and technical assistance”.
